Quinsippi Soccer League New Player Form Fall 2009


NEW Players to QSL, or Players that have NOT Played in QSL for At Least One Year.

This form is for both Girls & Boys who are interested in playing in the QSL Fall 2009 Recreational Season. The 2009 Fall Season will start August 24th & 25th. We offer both Girls divisions and Boys divisions at each grade level (1st-9th) & (1st-8th). The fee to play is $40.00. (DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY NOW) Forms are also available at the Quincy Park District Office and Tri-City Sports. Please submit your child's information and it will be forwarded to the corresponding coordinator who will place your child on a list for 2009 placement. You can also click on 2009 Coordinators to contact the appropriate Coordinator for follow up. All new players must be placed on a team by the Division Coordinator.

If you have a First Grader in the Fall of 2009 please submit your child's information and they will be added to a list for the 2009 Fall QSL Draft. The first grade draft will be held in August. (YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A COACH AFTER THE DRAFT)

If you were on a team last year please contact that coach or your grade Coordinator.
