Quinsippi Soccer League New First Grader Form Fall 2010

This form is for Girls & Boys who are NEW FIRST GRADERS for the 2010 school year...

Our Season will start August 21st & 22nd. The fee to play is $40.00. (DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY NOW) We offer both Girls divisions and Boys divisions at each grade level (1st-9th) & (1st-8th). The QSL hands out registration forms to all the graduating kindergarteners at each grade school. Forms are also available at the Quincy Park District office and Tri-City Sports. Please submit your child's information and they will be added to a list for the 2010 Fall QSL Draft. The first grade draft will be held in August. (YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A COACH AFTER THE DRAFT)
