Referee's Respect...

The Quinsippi Soccer League provides referees for each league game. The referees have complete authority over the game and shall enforce the rules. The referees will decide disputes and their decisions on points of fact are final. The authority of the referee shall begin when he/she enters the field of play. During the game the referee is in complete charge. His/her duties include signaling fouls or verbally calling the fouls and infractions. The referee is also the official timekeeper of each game.
